Refund policy

Shipping:

A fixed delivery fee of Rs. 150 is applied to all orders.

Exchanges:

We do not offer refunds, however we are happy to assist with a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Store Credit:

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item, which you may use towards your next purchase. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Return Shipping:

Kindly note that all courier charges for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All exchange or store credit requests must be initiated on the day of delivery through our customer care team.
